「如果說作音樂，是唱片賣的好重要呢？還是得獎重要呢？當然，是叫好又叫座最好囉！但對我而言，我覺得個人風格比較重要！我認為情歌就是要悲到底，讓人聽了想噴淚；快樂的歌就要怪到底，讓人聽了笑到流淚！這就是我的品牌。」
苦中作樂、笑中帶淚的康氏音樂風格，在這張專輯更延伸到前世愛情、人生、親與友情，更深刻的感觸，更強烈的人生畫面，沒有經過一番歷練與思考的人，是無法寫出這樣的歌曲的。這樣的康康，就如他所崇拜的國際大導演北野武一樣，搞笑藝人出身的他，在電影成就上，卻盡情揮灑大師的才情成為喜劇大師；綜藝節目上的康康可以讓人覺得很好笑，可是在創作音樂的時候，音樂人的康康寫的情歌卻也可以讓人聽到想大哭一場，在聽這些情歌時，像一幕幕催淚電影，一格格的眼淚，累積成十個故事，十首歌曲。而這張專輯裡，第一首歌【悟】，就是寫北野武與母親的故事，也算是向大師致敬。

創意可以"天馬行空"，康康創作音樂則是一步一腳印地感受生活；生活中或愛情裡所感所想的點滴，都是他創作的靈感來源，諧星的身體住著灰色的靈魂，康康用自己的方式學習、練習創作，用力到好像用自己的生命在做音樂；康康做音樂人如其名「空空」(台語音同康康)，唱片那麼不景氣的狀況下，憑著一股對音樂的熱愛，一直傻傻的寫，傻傻的投入，這張專輯，康康自己努力創作八首半的歌詞，8首曲，更投入所有的心力在編曲與製作的創意上，用音樂說故事，用音樂寫心情，坦率而直接；聽著他的歌，好像那些躲在微笑背後的悲傷，也許是刻意逞強的心情，也許是逐漸淡忘的感傷，用微笑掩飾隱藏，這些幽暗灰色的心情，只有他懂。
康康VS鍾興民
這張專輯的誕生，另一位重量級音樂人就是名編曲家鍾興民老師，康康說他每次只要一想到甚麼旋律，就跑到鍾興民老師的錄音室哼給他聽，然後再告訴他心中的故事，每首歌幾乎都是這樣寫出來的，鍾興民老師說，康康很清楚自己對音樂的感覺，所以他只是幫康康將這些想法整理具體化，如果說康康是導演和編劇，那鍾興民老師就是他的攝影師與剪接師了，這樣默契十足的音樂夥伴，在無數的夜裡，沉醉在屬於他們音樂的世界中。

Final Fantasy ( Fainaru Fantaj?) is a media franchise created by Hironobu Sakaguchi and owned by Square Enix that includes video games, motion pictures, and other merchandise. The series began in 1987 as an eponymous console role-playing game (RPG) developed by Square, spawning a video game series that became the central focus of the franchise.[1][2] The franchise has since branched out into other genres and platforms, such as tactical RPGs,[3] portable games, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game, and games for mobile phones. Most Final Fantasy installments are independent stories (the numbers after the title refers more to volumes than sequels); however, they feature common elements that define the franchise.
